She is the youngest of 8 siblings born and reared in Royal Oak Township Michigan educated in Oak Park Public Schools extended education attending Eastern Michigan University, Wayne State University and GMNW Institute for Women In Ministry.

 

Jackie taught school for 23 years in the Oak Park School System and retired from Chrysler Corporation after 16 years.

A member of the Thomas Whitfield Company since the '70's, Jackie is the founder of SKIRTS, a mentoring program for young women and she is also owner of "Affairs of the Heart" event planning.  

​

For 16 years she has been married to Jerome Williams.
